In spite of dreadful weather conditions, over 75% of the dealers arrived to set up their stands for this popular, independent, three-day event at the beautiful Palladian house of the Earl & Countess of Pembroke.
A surprising number of visitors also made the icy journey to view the wonderful variety of fine antiques and decorative, period collectables on offer.
As the weekend progressed, trade improved in line with the weather and overall dealers and buyers seemed pleased with their well-earned sales and purchases.
The family and staff at Wilton House would like to thank everyone, standholders and visitors alike for overcoming the snow this weekend to make the fair the success it was.
This year’s award for the best dressed stand was awarded by Lord Pembroke to Jeroen Markies Art Deco, from East Sussex. www.jeroenmarkies.co.uk.
